XB271HU goes into factory mode when repowered

Hi, I have a Predator XB271HU and since last week if I power off the monitor with either the switch on the back or on the wall and then turn back on it goes into factory mode (Red/Green/Blue test pattern flashing) and loses all of its settings. I can still access the UI and turn off the RBG thing and exit factory mode etc and set everything up again. But once repowered at the mains it does it again.
I tried the factory reset option in the UI and I've also tested the issue with cables disconnected but it still does it. Is there any known fix for this?

Turn off the monitor and remove all cables from the back of the monitor including the power cable and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, than connect the wire back and check

 Thanks Jack, I just tried this but still the same issue
