I have few questions regarding the upgradeabilities..

1- It says Ram can be upgraded upto 20gb, also, it says 4gb soldered and 4gb Sodimm..
If I insert a 16gb Ram for a total of 20gb, will it run in Dual Channel mode? If not, is that gonna affect the speed?

2- 2.5' empty HDD sata slot, supports upto 2tb HDD.. My question is, can I insert 2.5' Sata SSD instead of HDD? If yes, what is the maximum size of SSD I can insert?

    Hi,
You have to check whether you have 4GB or 8GB onboard memory because this model comes with either 4GB or 8GB onboard memory, you can use CPU-z to check it.
    CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID
    1. If you have 4GB onboard memory and you install a 16GB module, your system will function at flex mode, it means first 4GB out of 16GB will run at dual channel with the 4GB onboard memory, when you use more than 8GB memory the rest of the memory out of 16GB will run as single channel but this will not slow down your system.
    2. Yes, you can install 2TB 2.5" SSD in the HDD bay.
