Hi, what's happening with the Bluetooth, what about it isn't working?

Is it showing in device manager / the connection manager on the charms bar?

What about a reset of the unit. did you tried that? or a media creation tool?

searches and cannot find any devices.

I ran linux ubuntu from usb stick
AR9462Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Automatically these drivers were installed, ubuntuda bluetooth is working.

then i ended ubuntu from flash memory and switched to windows 10
bluetooth worked even though i did nothing
The problem of not finding the device again continued after turning the computer off and on again

Which devices, and does something like a phone discover them (This rules out the device not being in pairing mode)? Bluetooth is always a pain to troubleshoot:(

First of all, You have to download & install the driver listed at Acer website - https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/6404?b=1
Then after-that, You can try windows troubleshooter...

    FIX IS BELOW:
i tired all, update drivers etc, no blutooth in device manager etc.

    Fix is:
1 usb controller is disabled after updates, enable it again in device maanger:

    Fix was by kokola:

"Anyway...checked the usb controller (inside the device manager) and noticed one of it was disable (something intel(R) something....)

Enabled it and BAMM! my bluetooth back to normal."
