Acer Nitro 5 AN515 screen issue with dim yellow colors and after images

Specifications:
-Acer Nitro 5 AN515 Laptop
-Processor, AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, 2300 Mhz
-OS, Windows 10 Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

In-Depth Description of Issue:
-The screen suddenly dims
-at worst, the screen randomly changes between dimmed to super bright then vice versa again
-the colors also shuffle intensely (e.g. white icons become more yellow)
-the screen quality also gets pixelated and blurry
-the screen also has weird "burn in" where the previous pictures are visible in different apps

Question:
Do you guys think this is a hardware issue or software issue? I have attempted the method to uninstall the video driver and restart my computer but it did not work.

Context for the videos:
-these videos show the issue on my screen
-unfortunately the darkening and the yellow tint is not obvious
-however the "burn in" and the afterimages are very visible

  • What is the exact model? Example AN515-43-58VH. Do this too:
    a) disable automatic brightness in the power options;
    b) disable the bluelitghshield in acer quick access;
    c) disable the night light in the windows settings

    Unfortunately none of this worked. The screen is still very dark and a lot of burn in is occuring.
    What is the exact model? Example AN515-43-58VH. Do this too:

    Are you facing this problem from the beginning. If it is not you can reset the unit.
