PLEASE READ MY REASON WHY I WANT TO SWITCH FROM VEGA 8 TO RTX 560x BEFORE PROVIDING ANY GENERIC RECOMENDATIONS!!?

Thanks for reading this. The reason why I want to switch my graphics card from Vega 8 to RTX 560x is I am playing games such as RAN Online. And every time I play it it gives me low FPS (range from 60-12fps) I also tried running the application through AMD radeon software and still, it's still running under Vega 8. I am reading a lot of discussions about this and I do appreciate all of those people giving comments and recomendations. but, it doesn't help my issue. (tried updating drivers, putting battery settings to high performance, also changing Radeon settings to High performance, Running it through AMD software... etc.) I am using Acer NITRO 5 CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx - 4 Cores

Just to do some due diligance, is it set under the windows settings rather than the amd settings? start -> graphics settings -> preferance.

When the game is running if you right click the EXE and open location you can ge the correct executable that needs setting in the windows setting to enable the swticher. Could you confirm the Exe name as well please? Also, just to double make sure in task manager does the 560x show 0% use?

If this doesnt work let me know, I had a simmilar issue with minecraft

In your AMD Radeon settings, you can force set executables to use a specific GPU.

You are not able to do that anymore Sri, thats been removed and the ATI page is out of date, it has to be via the Windows panel or a tweak to the Registry. The reg tweak shouldnt be needed in things beneath the 5600 though
