ASPIRE RAM upgrade in an old Aspire ES15-ES1-520-54SM, Need help

Hi Folks have an Aspire ES15-ES1-520-54SM laptop running slow and i want to upgrade the RAM .Purchased the laptop in 2016
board -B5 W1E-LA-D121P 48D 3400
cpu ATI GS0010R0 h022 OA
ram -4gb blue Kingstone ram made in china ( lots of codes but no clear idea of what it is)
graphics -Radeon
I want to upgrade to at least 8(2x4) ,but maybe 16 (2x8).
will this laptop benefit from installing 2 banks or one ie is it dual channel
can the CPU be upgraded if so a reccomendation ..mem is first priority

I dont have access to specs in a manual and interrogating the web has brought info on newer modern versions with nvidia gear and different motherboard so am struggling on mem type voltage cl rating ect or the board Architeture
I have disassmbled the laptop not easy to access ram had to take out motherboard!!!, Mem its ready to install so any Tips from your knowledgeable community would be most welcome

You can install up to two 8GB DDR3L (low voltage) modules 1600MHz or faster for a maximum of 16GB RAM. Use this link for the proper module specifications though Crucial Micron modules are very competitive with budget modules like Kingston with similar specifications.

MY laptop is Acer Aspire Es1-520 processor AMD E1-2500 1.4ghz With Radeon Graphics 8240, it's lag and freeze so I upgrade my laptop with 4×2 8gb Ram and 250gb sata ssd but my laptop still lags, I'm using windows 10 pro 64bit, when I install new window then my laptop run better but after Wi-Fi on or update then lagging too much, in task manger processor using 90-100%, I don't know what's the problem maybe drivers or should I use Linux? I don't understand what should I do please help guys
