I need some help here. UCM-UCSI ACPI not working. Code 43

My UCM-UCSI ACPI not working here. any solutions for this?

uninstall the usb hub and ucm driver. and restart the computer. dont delete any drivers. if needed try drivers from acer site.

I still can't change it also and couldnt find the drivers. i check it already

Update the computer under check for Updates. If not try a factory reset.

no issues at all my friend. we are just exchanging ideas, stay cool and safe. 

1. Navigate to Settings. ...
2. Select "Update & security"
3. Click Recovery in the left pane. ...
4. Click Get started under Reset this PC.
5. Click Remove everything. ->just remove my files->Reset.
6.  make sure to back up your info because it will delete everything.

to bad. I did reset everything but then it still the same. help me

try updating the unit. repeat the same as there will be so many updates.
