First of all, sorry for my mistakes here. My native language is Brazilian Portuguese, but in the Brazilian Acer Community nobody solved this problem yet.

I've installed windows 10 19401 and since that my mic and speakers doesnt appear in Sounds. When I click with the mouse right button, the option "show disconnected devices" is already selected. I've tried to download the Audio Driver from manufacter website and this didnt solved the problem. I've tried to download from Realtek Website and nothing happens. Windows Troubleshoots says that there is no speakers and mic connected. I've tried to click the right button on Properties -> Hardwares IDs -> Copy that name --> Download the driver -> Install manually --> Nothing Happens.

Obs:I formatted windows, I can't restore to a previous version.

Anybody can help me pls?

    Hi @Rafryzz

Did you try checking from the Device manager? Windows + X >> Device manager >> Sound, video and game controllers. Tried doing a power drain and a bios default. Bios default: Keep tapping F2 repeatedly when turning on the computer, then F9 >> Enter and F10 >> Enter.

I've turned bios to default mode and saved. Nothing yet. About doing a power drain. How can I do that?

    Hi Rafryzz,

    # Power drain,

At bottom of the laptop there will be tiny pin hole with battery symbol close to it. Insert pin or paper clip into that hole press and hold it for 30-40 seconds.

Check this T/S and post the result.
