need help xf270H monitor

in Monitors
the screen goes completely white. i cant access the menu/ can't see the menu. The only thing i can do is turn it off and on. The screen is completely white even when its not even connected to my computer.

    Hi @GLACIRE

    Please unplug the monitor of power cable and the display cable. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds, then plug in the power cord alone and turn on the monitor. Check if you see the Acer Logo. If yes, then connect the display cable, preferably the one that came with the box. If you don't see the Acer logo only when power cord is connected, the unit is faulty, get it replaced with the store or contact Acer for tech support.
