My laptop is Swift SF314-57 with i7-1065G7, 16GB RAM, and support Thunderbolt 3 tech. I bought an external GPU dock Razer Core X with AMD RX5700XT. the laptop can detect the display card and dock, and the graphic performance is normally boosted. As Razer Core X can supply 100 watts of power to a laptop independently, I guess this laptop only supply by 65 watts could be charged while connecting the dock. However, the battery will not be charged anymore if I remove the power cable and only remain the thunderbolt dock and even draining. The battery setting displays "plugged in" but cannot exactly charge. I am not sure whether I am the only one having this case, and thus ask for a solution here.
I would more than happy to answer about EGPU performance if you are interested. Thanks! ;)

The silk screen adjacent to the Thunderbolt port doesn't indicate charging through the port is supported, and the spec only say you can charge other devices with the port. If it was supported it would expect 20V at 65W or higher, and I don't see what voltage the Razer Core X supports in their specs. Does the documentation show voltage, or just the 100W figure?

    Thanks for your comment!
I tried to find the documentation but I can't, maybe it lost. I used a 65W adapter with USB-c to plug in the laptop and the laptop can be charged normally. I ensure the Thunderbolt port can be charged. Also, I tried to switch to another USB-c cable to connect with Razer Core X, the battery still was draining. As you mentioned, it seems to be relating voltage.

Yes, you may be able to get their support people to tell you the voltage it provides... They should support 20V, that's pretty normal for a lot of machines.
