My Spin 5 (SP513-54N) stylus seems to stop working in the middle of working in photoshop.

This has started happening recently when I'm just drawing, not even painting in photoshop. I'll paint drawing on screen with my stylus then suddenly the brush tool stops putting down strokes. I can select other tools, open different panels, leave this window and open something up in chrome. My stylus is charged and this happens only after 30 min-hour? I tried putting it back in my computer to charge but that doesn't work. Sometimes I've had to close photoshop entirely for the program to register my strokes. Sometimes had to straight up restart my computer. Do I need a new stylus maybe? I'm okay with replacing it, but I just got this computer back in November 2020 and hardly have used it. Any help would be great!

I'd look at Photoshop for an issue before going to hardware. Does the issue happen with any other application?

I haven't tried it with any other program yet. I'm going to play around with Photoshop and maybe others, but I'm still out of sorts as to why it happens.
