Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44 fan problem

My laptop model has 2 coolers: for powering the processor and a discrete video card. Both turn on when the processor heats up above 40 degrees.
The minimum rotation speed of the CPU cooler is 1538, the GPU cooler is 1863.
The CPU cooler is inaudible and does not distract at all, but with minimal GPU cooler operation, a rather loud sound like a whistle is heard. It is not loud, but sufficient to distract from work in a quiet room, and you can hear it almost always, even when working in office programs and with an open browser. If you increase the rotation speed a little, then the whistle goes away and only the sound of the GPU cooler remains.

It is not possible to adjust the cooling through the NitroSense software even through the manual mode and the complete shutdown of the coolers, they still spin at their minimum speed.
Any third-party software does not work with this laptop, there were high hopes for Nbfc Notebook Fan Control, but it was not possible to correctly configure the config.

The way out of the problem would be to refine the NitroSense software, since after looking for similar messages on this forum, you can see that the problem is relevant not only for me.
It would also be an excellent solution to reduce the minimum rotational speed of a GPU cooler like a CPU, i.e. from 1863 to 1538.
Well, as an option, release an update for the BIOS, which in admin mode will allow you to change fan settings

It's very sad that acer leaves this problem in this form, the laptop itself is very good, but this seemingly small minus completely spoils all the pleasure of using it.

I have a laptop for about a month, I tried Windows 10, Linux Mint and Ubuntu on it.

On the recommendation of technical support, I contacted the acer service center. They did not deny the problem with the cooler, but they persistently tried to convince that there was nothing terrible about it, you can get used to the noise and, in general, if you work in an office, I will not even notice anything like that. Under the guarantee, they did not want to take it either, they referred to the fact that more than a month had passed since the date of purchase and it was necessary to immediately go to the store. But I was told that they can fix everything outside of the warranty conditions, which of course is very beneficial for them. In the end, it all ended with the fact that I ordered a new cooler on aliexpress for $ 12 and thereby solved the problem.

Firstly Lunihorn, if this fan was faulty and didn't function at all and/or it was making a distressing and loud noise then Acer would have replaced it, hence, your fan works but its auditable noise that you consider as above an acceptable level or as a slight auditable level is debatable and its your opinion only, which I don't doubt but and if this fan works then this slight noise level is only a matter of debate by you and not to the 100% functionality of the fan in your laptop, that is what Acer is trying to point out to you as replacing every fan that has and differs to what a customer thinks that its above a certain audible level is just not acceptable, it has to be obnoxiously loud and/or fan blades touching their sides or not working at all.

Usually fans are governed by many factors, they can get dirt and felt buildup or their vents get blocked with dirt and felt, which can cause added auditable noises and they need cleaning by the user or they can be faulty from manufacture and are out of balance and the fan blades touch the sides creating annoying and intermittent noises or they just don't function at all, the latter two are what Acer considers as a replaceable and under warranty component failure, anything else is part of the course of how these fans work and are maintained by the user for them to work properly. Acer goes to great lengths to satisfy their customers (as I've experienced on numerous occasions under warranty and even just out of warranty) and your experience is a normal factor and not unreasonable, as Acer always look after their customers. Its great that you had the expertise to replace that fan and everything works perfectly.

The laptop was new, out of the box. He did not stay at work long enough to accumulate at least some amount of dust there. The fact that there was a whistle (noise) in the operation of the cooling system, which should not be, was acknowledged and not denied in the service center, but was denied service, while they repeatedly hinted that they would figure it out for a fee. It is possible that I ran into unscrupulous employees of the service center.
