I have a Nitro XZ342CKP monitor, I tried to download the drivers off of the acer website, but the site crashes when I try to download it. What other solutions are there?

    Hi @Corvo47

Monitors doesn't required monitor drivers to run on a computer, but a graphic driver (Nvidea or Radeon) is a factor. What cable are you using? Is it the cable that came with the monitor or you're using a different cable, in that case, did you try changing the cable or use a different one of the same type, try connecting the monitor with the Video card output slot and not from the mobo. Please share an update.

The video driver is already up to date and I have my monitor plugged into the card itself using the display port cable given with the monitor. The issue doesn't happen all that often, so it'd take a while to see if any sort of solution works. I'll have to see by tomorrow. Thank you.

Try to remove the cables. >>> press and hold the power button for 30 secs and then press connect the power code and dp cable. restart the computer.
check the resolution and refresh rate of the monitor by the way?

Setting > System > Display > Advanced Display Settings > Display Adapter Properties. Then click the “Monitor” tab.
Image result for how to check the monitor refresh rate

    Accept if its Helpful.   B)

    Hi Corvo47,

Check the cable is properly connected or loose in contact.
