flickering screens

hello has anybody encountered an annoying flicker on there chromebooks ,and have you been able to rectify it

Hi try to Hold the refresh and power button when the unit is turned on.

Thanks Christy1, my keyboard layout doesnt have that power button on it. its on the side. 
just tried it will see if that works thanks.

sure sometimes its on the side of the unit.
