Acer KG251QD 240hz is not possible on 240hz monitor

Acer KG251QDBpmiix. selecting 240hz gives flicker followed by black screens followed by reverting back to 120hz. Using DisplayPort 1.2 from the box and two different GPUs still not giving 240hz. Any suggestion is welcomed. Thank you.

Check out the graphics on the computer.  It should be capable of giving the 240hz. If its capable then try updating the graphics drivers.

Check the resolution settings

Check this. its the info about your monitor. check with different computer. if its still having same issue,then check with acer if its under warranty.

@christy1 there are no other computer as of now. I'll just get it to service center soon. Thanks for your help.

Your welcome my friend. hope its under the warranty. as most of the monitors comes with 1 yr or 3yrs warranty. do check with that also. good luck.
