The only option would be to do a reset on the laptop, which might fix the issue but you will loose all your personal data and the apps.
So shut down the laptop than press the power button to turn it back on. As soon as you press the power button press and hold the Alt key down and keep pressing the F10 key repeatedly until it says please wait. Then you can see option like troubleshooting click on it and click reset and follow the on screen instruction. The reset process will take an hour after that the laptop will be back to factory default setting and go ahead and set it up. Still if you have problem please contact Acer support, check the below link to contact Acer

It is the OS error. try to go to advance boot options and try booting from save mode and take the back up of your files. Image result for safemodeImage result for safemode

@HelpHelpHelpHelpFFF it's not yet a total loss, if you really need to keep your data and haven't got a recent backup you can boot from a Windows install flash drive to copy the data off the laptop drive, assuming the laptop drive is working at all, and the symptom suggests it's working at least some. Which laptop model do you have? Does it have a HDD, a SSD or an eMMC drive? How big?
