Acer Chromebook crashes whenever I try to switch accounts

Every time I sign into a different account (not owner account, which works fine), my chromebook crashes and I need to restart it. I can remove and re-add the account, but after I set it up and click the button to start using the Chromebook with that account, it crashes again. Any ideas as to what I could do to fix this?

Hi, Just try the below steps to do a power wash. mostly it should fix the issue. Note: the info on the local data will be deleted, so take a backup and then do a power wash.

    >>>Sign out of your Chromebook.
    >>>Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
    >>>Select Restart.
    >>>In the box that appears, select Powerwash. Continue.
    >>>Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account. ...
    >>>Once you've reset your Chromebook:
    Accept if its Helpful.   B)
