Swift sf313-52 backlight doesn't work

The backlight no longer works, whether I press the F8 key alone or also press the Fn key.
I reset the bios to default settings without success, I even tried flashing the bios with the latest version,
but I cannot since I already have the latest version ... Please help me please

Thanks you for help. There was no problems with devices manager, i resolved my self the problem by reinstall windows10 1909 version, thinking that a recent update might have caused the problem . I will test some days ...

Try resetting the unit to factory defaults.

@kookyzzz does Device Manager show any errors or warnings? We've seen instances lately where a Windows update mucks with the underlying USB ports used for various functions.
