How to dual boot my pc? Acer swift 3 sf314-510g-57fw

My pc model Acer swift 3 i5 11th gen(sf314-510g-57fw) I wish to dual boot my laptop first I created an unallocated partition then disabled fast boot then used a pendrive to boot Ubuntu and installed in my unallocated partition normally after installing I can see only windows in my boot menu I even searched for shimz64.efi in(select an uefi file as trusted for executing) I can't find it
please help to dual boot my pc

    Go to MSCONFIG and click on BOOT..

    Now here check and let us know if it shows both boot options.. If possible please share an image.

    Whats the sata mode on the drive? You can get this from the bios. You wont be able to dual boot unless its AHCI, and you re install windows

    To change it, you hit cntrl+s as the first thing you hit, then its under one of the other tabs
