Aspire R14 won't turn on, a blue light blinks when the AC is plugged

Hello,
I have a 4.5 years old Aspire R14 laptop.
I was working on it (Charger not plugged in) when suddenly the screen freezes, then I plugged the charger till the morning.
The morning it won't turn on, when I plug the charger, a blue light in the front blinks regularly every 2 seconds.
I tried the following:
- Hold the power button for more than 60 seconds
- Hold the battery reset button for more than 15 sec with and without the charger plugged in the laptop.
- Disconnected and reconnected the battery (AC14B3K)
None of the previous attempts worked!
Could someone help, please?
Is it the battery's end of life? how can I confirm it?

Go to the elevated command prompt. Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity. Jack E/NJ

Keep the battery disconnected. Does it turn on with the charger alone without the battery connected? Jack E/NJ

(1) Without the battery connected, does either the power LED or battery LED glow or flash orange or blue when plugged in?

(2) With the battery connected, does the power LED or battery LED glow or flash orange or blue when plugged in?

Yes With and without the battery connected, the power LED flashes blue ONLY when plugged in

I meant I was working on the laptop (using it)

OK. Remove charger again. Disconnect battery. Disconnect HDD. Then plug charger back in with both battery and HDD disconnected. Try to turn it on again. Jack E/NJ

My Acer doesn't have a HDD it has an SSD, and I don't even know where it is exactly to disconnect it!

What is your R14's full model number? For example R5-431T? Jack E/NJ

The SSD is an m.2 card that affixed to the mainboard with one screw. When you remove this screw the card will pop up and you can pull it away from its mainboard socket. You may have to remove 2 screws from the battery and remove the battery to access it. Jack E/NJ

I disconnected the SSD card and the battery, plugged the charger and tried to turn it on, but it doesn't turn on!

Is the bottom cover fully replaced with the screws? Jack E/NJ

No the bottom cover is completely removed !

Now, I completely replaced the bottom cover with all the screws, still, the laptop doesn't turn on, even holding the power button for 60 seconds!

No. Pressing and holding the power button is designed to shut the laptop off in an emergency!!!! Is the blue power LED still blinking with the charger plugged in with the back cover on and the battery and m2 SSD disconnected? Jack E/NJ
