Can I change to 144 Hz refresh rate and how ? Acer an515-55-73hh.

I did my google search and it said that my internal monitor should support 144 Hz, but my windows doesn't want to go more than 60 Hz in options. 
Is there an online site where I can check the specs of the device down to the last bit because my search lead me to summed up specs of "an515-55" and not the exact model?

My model is Acer an515-55-73hh.

Hi,
Go to Device manager, expand Monitors, right click Generic PnP monitor and select Properties, move to Details tab and select Hardware IDs, post the number in Value window.

Hi,
Yes, it's a 60Hz panel but if you want you can upgrade to a 144Hz panel, you have to buy a 40pin cable as well to replace the current panel,  for more information read this thread:144Hz Acer Nitro 5 — Acer Community
