When I turn it on now it is stuck with Acer screen. Can someone please tell me how to fix it? Thanks in advance..

You can try pressing Alt + F10 before booting.. This will take you to advance options.. Now, Select advance options and select troubleshoot, then select startup repair. This would take sometime but it will check for any errors during startup and fixes the issue.

    Please share the result here..

I tried F2 and Alt + F10 it didn't work either the screen will just get dark and the Acer logo won't appear it will just be stuck in black screen, but when i turn it off and on it will just be back to Acer screen got stock again.  I also tried turning it off and on three times but nothing happens. The model of the laptop is AN515-43-R261. Do you have another solution?

I would suggest you to reseat the RAM module and then test..
