Wifi acting up on Acer Nitro 5 (Nitro AN515-54)

I recently bought this laptop in December, and I have had problems since I have bought it. At random moments it will disconnect from the WiFi and I cannot reconnect, or it will say it is connected but nothing works or loads. I’ve tried updating my drivers, but that hasn’t worked. I cannot connect the laptop to an Ethernet cable since we don’t have one, and it’s honestly frustrating. I’m not the best with computers, (Im only 16) and my mother is quite strict. I’ve tried reading community posts but a lot of them have been complicated, and I can’t do much (I’ve been able to restart the router once, but since my family is always using electronics I haven’t been able to restart it. Is there any way to fix it or stop the problem at all?

    Hi @101iiSky

You can try to re install the network drivers to see if it fixes the problem.

Find the below image to un install and re install the network driver.

Checking Wireless or Network Adapter Driver Status Easily in Windows 10

But make sure you un install the proper driver.

After this process you have to reboot the computer once.

Hope it will help you in some way.
