Touchpad not working - Acer Aspire A315-23

Hello,
I recently bought an Acer Aspire A315-23, after a few days of normal behavior my touchpad simply stoped reacting.
Before the problem I had to hard reboot the computer following an infinite loading error after clicking on the taskbar.
But even after rebooting the touchpad was working fine for a few minutes before dying.
Currently I have try to:
Reinstall the touchpad Driver
Update the OS.
Acces the bios for any touchpad settigns. (nothing close to it appear in the menu)
If someone have an idea I take it.

Hi,
You could try reinstalling Quick Access application, go to Acer support site and download Quick Access Application, uninstall the current installation in Programs under Control panel, install downloaded application.

Thanks for the answer Brummy.
I just look for it and the Quick Access wasn`t present on the PC.
After Installation and computer reboot the problem is still present

No problem, could you please go to Device Manager, expand Human Interface devices and Mice & other pointing devices, post the snip like mine.
