My Aspire A114-31 with Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adaptor Properties- Code 43 problem

I have been having this problem since 12/11/2020, the laptop cannot find any wifi connections. I have spoken to ACER and they have told me to uninstall the network adaptor through device manager and reboot. I thought it may have been a software conflict issue with a pdf editor that I purchased from Wondershare Technology, they denied any knowledge, so I uninstalled the program, yet the issue still remains I really do not think this is good enough. Is there a more permanent solution?

If it's an intermittent problem then it's likely the wifi card needs to be re-seated a few times to clean its contacts on the mainboard connector, Usually happens when heat and humidity is on the rise. Jack E/NJ
