What computer do you have? Were you trying to restart it, refresh it or reset it? Was it trying to install an update maybe?

Hold and Press the Power button until it turns off first, wait about 5min and then reboot your Acer Spin 513. That should reset your Win-10 and boot your Acer Spin 513 into its Win-10 Home properly. If it doesn’t? Then, use the Windows Installation USB and boot into that and use the "Troubleshoot" section, see this guide of what to do (as its too long to explain here) “Startup Repair to fix boot problems with Windows 10”   simple.

Which Spin 513 model is it? It should be something like SP513-xxx-xxxx.You may have to boot from a Windows install flash drive in order to run the diagnostics.
