Travelmate 4060 erecovery?

I have an Acer Travelmate 4060 (specifically - TM4062WLCI-XPP-CMT740/2X256/80G/COMBO).

I have 2 questions please:

 

1)  Does anyone know where I can find the erecovery software so that I can make recovery DVD's in the event that my system crashes?  I have loaded Windows XP 32-bit on the machine and installed all the device drivers Acer has listed on their website but erecovery isn't listed.

 

2)  Does anyone know where I can get a VERY cheap replacement LCD screen as well as all the connectors to the laptop for said LCD screen for the TM4062WLCI-XPP-CMT740/2X256/80G/COMBO?

 

Being unemployed is for the birds when I'm trying to get a PC up and running when all my others have died.
