Couldn't correctly install Avast Premiun PH315-53

My laptop model is Predator PH315-53, got it 2 months ago.
It comes with a Norton Ultimate trail software, I unistalled Norton after trail expired.
When i try to install Avast Premiun secruity, the installation is never done correctly, the user interface could not be installed.
I tried install in safe mode it still doesn't work.
Except the UI, other components of the software seems to be successfully installed.
I opened SupportTool.exe from avast folder, it tells me "incompatable software has been detected in your compute'', but didn't point out what is that software.
Does anyone know what to do?

at a guess, Nortons hasn't completely uninstalled (it won't if removing using the windows uninstall option).  You might find this link useful:   https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v15972972
