Hi

I'm not sure if this post is in the correct place.

I currently have an Acer TC-120 Desktop on Windows 10.

At the weekend I updated all of my drivers as they had not been updated in years, I also did an update on Windows as it was due. After I had done these I restarted my PC. When I turned the pc back on I get a black screen on my monitor saying cable not connected. I also tried another monitor and got the same message.

I opened up my pc and cleaned my RAM slots as I saw online this normally helps.

I plugged my monitored into another computer and the monitor worked so I know the monitor isn't the issue.

I believe that none of the hdmi or usb ports work as I have tried connecting my keyboard to it and it doesn't work.

Any advice please

Mark

Could you take a picture of the back, showing where the monitor is plugged in?

I am currently at work so I can't at the moment but it is plugged into the hdmi port in the GPU. There is no other hdmi port on the computer not even on the mother board.
