Intel XE Max and Iris XE Frequent BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION igdkmnd64.sys - ACER SWIFT 3X

Hi, Acer. I have numerous issue on my laptop and this is the worst beside the GPU that suddenly make any games crashed. I got BSOD every single day and it shows SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION igdkmnd64.sys, I have installed many VGA drivers, both OEM and from the Acer but no luck. This is insane considering this is a new laptop. I hope this DG1 XE and 11th gen inside your Acer swift 3x are not a prototype. Additionally, When I plug in my external HDD with USB 3.0, the wifi will suddenly turned off and unable to detect any wifi around even the closest router. Please fix this ASAP because I begin loosing faith on the WIFI 6 certificiation. If you cannot solve this issue, we will proceed to a legal suite.

What size is the external HDD, what power draw does it run at? You may be going over budget on that port which would potentially pull power from other USB devices, such as the WiFi/Bluetooth card. When you tried other driver for the GPU issue, did you force a removal of the old driver files?

@Wawapoy do you have exactly the same model with the issue where you plug in a USB HDD the WiFi shuts off? If not you should start your own thread. If so please answer the questions I asked @Laksamana.
