I have seen other people have the same laptop and getting more fps than me in a simple game called minecraft

    When you are in minecraft, which GPU is being used? And which version, Java or Windows store?

    If you open control pannel, and play in windowed mode you should be able to tell by looking under the performance tab. It could be that its running on the wrong graphics card. This happens with the Java one all the time

    I use Java Version 1.8.9 with badlion with 3.5gb ram setup and i get 120 fps with 7% ram usage with RX560x

    That seems pretty high if im honest! Its very close to what i would expect it to be at. What settings are you running it at? It could be they are running lower settings / some tweaked optifine settings like new renderer, lazy renderer and fast math

    Please do not compare. Some people are tech wizards and can fine tune their system to amazing levels. 120 FPS that you get is pretty good.
