Hi, I am using an  Acer Swift SF114-32

After I got my laptop repaired, I noticed that the keyboard lights do not work. I have tried the Fn+F8 and also on restart pressing F2 but there are no keyboard options to enable backlight available. I have also gone to control panel ------> Windows mobility centre and there is still no option for keyboard settings.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What did they replace when repairing? The keyboard back light might just not be reconnected...

I dropped my laptop in a lecture and it was cutting out now and again, and I had to put the pin in the back to hard reset to turn it back on. The laptop was fine and ran really well. Ever since getting back its pretty slow and the light doesn't work. I bought it from Currys and got it insured so was a free repair.

Then I'd suggest you contact them again. They either didn't reconnect the keyboard lights or put the wrong keyboard in.
