The reason I had to force shutdown my laptop during a factory reset is because it was stuck at 81% and I waited a long time. After turning it back on my laptop is in an infinite restart loop, I can't boot into safe mode, I can't use Alt + F10, nothing in bio settings seems to be useful, I don't know what to do, please help.

What Chromebook do you have? It sounds like forcing a shutdown while doing the factory reset wasn't a good idea... You can try to reinstall the OS from the flash drive to see if that fixes it.

    I have the AN515-53,
I attempted to install the windows 10 media from a USB, and after finishing the installation it brought me back to the startup of the media installation again. I restarted my PC, booted it back to the normal boot state, it began to get devices ready, then getting ready, and restarted again. It seems no matter what happens when a restart is prompted from the system it will loop restart over and over again.

OK, the Nitro isn't a Chromebook so I'll ask the moderators to move this thread. The Nitro AN515-53 came in a bunch of configurations, which processor, ho much memory, what drive, which OS came with it?
