Left Arrow key problem - Nitro AN515-43 64-bit laptop

Hi all,

I am having issues with my laptop keyboard: the left-arrow key is hard to push down. The rest of the keys are normal. I am guessing that something got underneath the key to make it hard to push, but I am not sure how to handle this. I believe I still have the warranty as well.

Best way to tell is to call Acer support.

If you have warranty it is better to use it, if you can`t wait a month or so look this video -

Hi, thank you for your answer. The key isn't broken, it just is hard to push, like something is keeping the key from fully going down (though, it still does work).

So, I was wondering if it voids the warranty if I try to take the key up and see if I can clean underneath the key or something?

I don't really have time to send my laptop off as I really need to use it.
