I bought an acer nitro 5 laptop (AN515-43) with nitrosense on it, but after 2 days I had to take it back to reinstall the system because something wasn't good and nitrosense wasn't installed there, but installed it at home I picked it off from the official acer site and it doesn't run, it doesn't open, the nitro button doesn't respond to the nitro button on the laptop, even though I've already watched videos of how I might be doing something wrong But no. Who writes that it is successfully installed , but when I want to start it you have nothing. My question is, what do you do at a time like this?

I am sorry to hear your new Nitro is presenting this problem on its Nitro sense, I recommend the contact  your local support for better assistance in tis case.
