HDMI Port on newly purchased Aspire A315 not working

Purchased this laptop running Windows 10 64 bit last month. Realized the hard drive was not large enough, so had the larger drive from my old Acer E315 switched out to new computer. This changes seems to have knocked out the HDMI port from even showing on my device manager. Can't find drivers for this on Acer website. (in adding the old hard drive to new computer, switched the boot from the drive that came with computer to the old hard drive. Is it possible that this has caused the issue?)

Do you have the full model? Changing the drive shouldnt break anything, and drivers should be available under downloads from the support site, you just whack in your serial number of snid and its under the driver bit:

Is it a intel or amd model, and does it have a nvidia gpu?
