GPU Issue PH315-52)

Hello
I have an issue with my laptop acer helios 300 2019 (PH315-52)
1660ti
i7 9750h
it crash when the gpu core clock is overclocked to 100mhz and more
the problem is this laptop is programmed to get to 160mhz on (Turbo) profile and 100mhz on (Fast) profile in PredatorSense
so of course when I choose any of them and stress the gpu by any load it will crash
this mean the Turbo button in the keyboard is broken 😢
yeah I know I can modify PredatorSense overclocking values from its installation files and I did it and set it to 70Mhz for the Turbo to work properly
but I want to fix this and make it normal , working without modifying
I did every thing about software from the drivers reinstallation to a complete clean windows reinstallation and there is no difference.
I believe this is my gpu clocking capacity it is a silicon lottery issue , but I think there is a solution , by giving the gpu more power in order to get to these clocks
my gpu power is 80w and if I increase the power I think it will sustain the default clock value .
I saw threads of laptop enthusiasts doing such thing by flashing other laptops 90w vbois or more
Am I right ?
how to do this
and where can I find a 90w or more 1660ti vbios file
thank you for reading this loooong question 😁
