    How do you mean slow performance, benchmarks, boot, gaming?

    Is it plugged in fully charged, with the latest drivers and bios installed?

    slow performance: everything works slow the laptop lags in ROBlOX so you can understand the level of unresponsivness of the laptop 
    yes fully charged 
    dont know about bios btw what is that?

    Its what controls the hardware of the system. Is the power plan set to high performance in the battery icon, and is roblox using the correct GPU,

    start -> graphics settings -> browse -> goto the roblox exe -> set it to high performance

    Well if you try it does it make a differnce? sometimes the OS can chose to run the game on the wrong graphics card

    in the nitrosense app, what are the fans set to, and what does it say the GPU and CPU temps / useage is

    no problem in gpu and cpu temperature in another post @GAMING6698 resolved my problem and suggested me to thermal pasting after that the performance improved few days letter i installed filmora x and after that everthing started to go downhill today i uninstalled it still no improvement

    If your temps are fine then repasting wont do anything, did setting the GPU make a differnce? Is this the Rx GPU and AMD CPU? If so there is a strong chance its just using the wrong card to render the game

    What FPS are you getting in the game and at what settings?

    in warframe i get : 20fps -- 70 fps most likely 53 
    in heroes and general: 50 -70 fps
    i dont know about roblox

    -Download and run Malwarebytes then scan your system
    -Uninstall and install amd Radeon software again

    nope no malware and after uninstalling and installing radeon software no improvement
    i am resetting my laptop

    OK I RESET MY LAPTOP AND FOLLOWED YOUR WINDOWS OPRIMIZING GUIDE AND AFTER THAT POSTING USERBENCHMARK RESULT PLEASE CHECK IT OUT AND UPDATE ME. 
    ALSO THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT NITROSENSE IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW WHAT TO DO?
