Will a 3080 or 3090 fit into this models mobo. Will I also have to upgrade my power supply as well? It’s a prebuilt from Costco.

Firstly, your G3-710-UC11 has a 500W PS OEM so you will have to upgrade and it has an Intel B150 chipset which is a Q3/2015 release and its PCI Express Revision 1x X16 PCIe slot only support up to a version 3.0 PCIe card. These RTX 30 Series gpu's will work in your PCIe slot but its really designed for the current PCI Express Gen 4 slots mobos, its really a waste of money and performance for such a high end card in your G3-710-UC11, you will never ever be able to utilise its full performance.

Its better upgrading as high as the RTX 20 Series or even the highest spec GTX 16 Series like the GTX-1660 Ti or GTX-1660 SUPER that needs a 450W PS which you are safe with or if you want the RTX 20 Series then the RTX2080 Ti or RTX2080 SUPER which also needs a 650W PS and you will have to upgrade your PS.

Btw, the RTX-3080 or RTX-3090 both require a PS of 750W which you don't have, the RTX-3080 is 11.2" (285 mm) long and is 4.4" (112 mm) wide and it needs 2-Slots and the RTX-3090 is 12.3" (313 mm) long 5.4" (138 mm) wide and requires 3 slots to fit into your mobo space, which it won't fit into the G3-710-UC11.
