My laptop (ACER nitro AN515-52) supports DOLBY AUDIO but I can't use Dolby Access, why ?

Other laptops coming with Dolby audio can use Dolby Access with ease without paying any penny !
But I'm unable to do that ! Even my unit has a graving of Dolby Audio on above the keyboard but I still can't access Dolby Access without paying !
I have seen other laptops even cheaper than this laptop come with pre-installed Dolby Access with much to tweak with.
Is there something I have to do in order to get Dolby Access or I can't use the basic feature of a Dolby Audio supported laptop ?
And I do know about "DOLBY AUDIO" application which came pre-installed but that's pretty feature limited !

Dolby Access is a paid program and it is not available for your model. Why? You have to ask Acer support/sales as we here are users like you.

This isn't a support forum per say, it is more of a user forum where users help out each other. Look up support numbers on Acer site and call up; you might get a better/faster response.
