For over a year I have been trying to connect different bluetooth headphones to my laptop (SWIFT 3). I can connect my phone or TV, but not headphones. I followed all the steps from the Windows 10 problem fix, but no luck, uninstalled & reinstalled drivers. Are these the correct drivers for it? If I open the 'Intel(R) Wireless one, it does say the Device not started. Not sure it this could be the issue? If so, how can I fix it? Laptop has BT 5.0, headphones 4.2 & other one 5.0.

Device USB\VID_8087&PID_0AAA\5&2976d6b4&0&10 had a problem starting.

After restarting the computer a couple of times the driver doesn't give that error anymore, but still no luck on connecting to my headphones.

Are the headphones in pairing mode when you try to initially connect?
