The laptop spec :
Swift SF314-59
Intel i5-1135G7 2.40 GHz
8 GB Ram
Windows 10 Home
Thunderbolt 4 (how to know this surely via Device Manager ?)

What am i trying to do ?
To get visual feed from camera to the laptop via a capture device that has Thunderbolt 2 port.

The setup diagram flow :
Sony Camera -> SDI Cable or HDMI Cable -> Blackmagic Design Mini Recorder -> Apple Thunderbolt Cable (2.0 m) -> Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter -> Swift 3 Laptop's Thunderbolt 4 USB C port

Does the similar flow works with Macbook?  yup. The camera feed is appeared in Google Meet and there is a white light on the Mini Recorder.

When i plugged Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter on Swift 3 laptop, it prompt "Thunderbolt device functionality might be limited" and no white light on Mini Recorder.

Is the fault lies on Windows 10 or the laptop itself?
