I got my nitro5 from Amazon last week but it didn't turn on even once, it's not battery or charger problem. What ever it is I'm sure it's related to motherboard .
az I live in iran so i can't send it back to Amazon I have to find a solution on my own . If you guys know what is the problem or if you have motherboard schematic I will be really grateful if you share with me

No problem, could you please tell me whether you fully charged the battery before first trying to setup the laptop? I am asking this because you need to charge the battery at least 3-5Hrs before start setting up for the first time, also you need to check the AC adapter connector is fully inserted(you may hear a clicking sound when it's properly inserted), these details may look very minor but we tend to ignore them, I forgot to ask about another thing, when you press the power button, do press once, twice or keep pressing? you have to press once.

    Hi,
Does the battery light changes to blue when it's fully charged? Could you be able to hear the fan noise when you press power button? As a new laptop, it should work out of the box but in your case it looks like DOA(Dead on Arrival), could you be able to contact Acer Support centre in your neighbouring countries? If you can, you can obtain advice from them, the other option is to get help from a local Laptop repair shop.
