i have an issue with my helios 300 315-53 on the keyboard!! please help!!

first i unboxed and set up the windows, then after restarting the laptop i immediately downloaded call of duty warzone and after 1 hour of gaming the "" W "" key on the keyboard poped up. and now am using external keyboard cause i can not return the laptop. and please if someone know the solution please help please!!

if it cant click back on, i think the only way would be to send it back or to the service station. It would probley actuate terribly if you tried to stick it on!

Nope. Please send it back and update here on the progress! I'd like to know how acer handles this issue!
