ACER ES1-571-316H combo jack for microhone not working with linux mint/ubuntu

Hello all,
I am using ACER ES1-571-316H laptop and now i have external microphone which i want to connect to the combo jack but it didn't work. some one plz suggest me the solution.

After firing this command
