E5 576G: Blurry Screen Virtical Lines Rainbow Color

My laptop is Acer Aspire E5 576g

When im on desktop my laptop something appears like lines with colours and have blurry text and apps. But if i watch video on youtube lines disappears check my video https://youtu.be/sXNrv1kfWts 

I already troubleshooted it and here is what i did.

Remove and replug the cable connector of the screen also the one that is connected to the motherboard.

Downgraded the graphic cardss

Reformated already

Trying to downgrade bios but i failed because it shows " The version of ROM is never newer than that of bios".

is it a hardware or software problem? Any possible solutions?
