Turbo button does not light up, but it is functioning

Question

Hey everyone, I have a problem with my brand new Predator Helios 300 (PH315-52-739B).
There is a "Turbo" button located at the top left corner of the keyboard, and it supposed to be lighted up when I press it (turning the turbo mode on).
The turbo mode works fine, but the light on that button never lights up.
I did search from the internet to try to solve this problem, and I found that there are some users facing the same problem with me, while there is still no solution to deal with it.

Does the turbo button light come on when you press fn + f10?

I tried both restart and shift+restart my Predator, but it doesn't help:(

maybe try to restart your predator. it happens once on my h300
