black and white vertical stripes SF314-55-55UT

My Swift 3 SF314-55-55UT shows black and white stripes for just a few seconds when I first start my laptop. Then everything works normal. I read that it is usually observed when monitor or laptop is old, but it is 2019 model and I have using it for only 9 months. Do you have any information/ suggestion for that? Thanks in advance.

    You could try reinstalling the display adapter driver, download it from Acer support site, uninstall the current driver, install the downloaded driver, you can also check the panel by connecting the laptop to an external display(another PC or TV) with HDMI cable, if you don't see the stripes in the external panel, you need to check the display cable for any damage or loose connection.

    Do they show up before or after the Acer splash screen? If before then it's certainly not a Windows problem, and may just be the GPU initializing itself. If after the splash screen but before the login prompt then it is more likely a Windows driver problem while initializing the graphics. If not until after you log in it's more likely the full function of the driver.

    It is after the splash screen but before the login prompt, so if it is a Windows driver problem how can I solve it? Actually it hasn't appear for three days but today it shows up again.

    What happens when you change the position of panel, see whether momentarily it displays properly when you try different positions, is there any chance of connecting to an external display with a HDMI cable and check the display in the external panel.
