try many ways as posted but no luck, do not think it is dust related and it was totally working fine before and suddenly only those keys are not available. cannot use functional key to enter bios either.
also the mouse touch pad does not work either

Sounds like the KB and TP ribbon cable connectors need to be re-seated on the top of the mainboard a few times to clean the contacts. Unfortunately, the base cover, upper case, keyboard, dvd must be removed in order to access these connectors. Google the keywords 'e5-511' & 'disassembly' to see videos on what you'll be up against. I usually re-seat a half-dozen or so times. Sometimes clean the exposed contacts with a q-tip moistened with rubbing alcohol. All my keyboards and touchpads have the integrated ribbon so only the mainboard connector to worry about. The small sliding wedges that press against and lock the mainboard & ribbon contacts together sometimes get misaligned and don't make good connections across all the contacts. I usually have to push both ends of the wedge with equal pressure with sharp tools to get the wedge fully inserted parallel to the connector. You really need two pairs of hands sometimes. :#   Jack E/NJ

Really appreciate your help jack.  also the problem is after reseating the connector, you need to put all screws to test otherwise the keyboard won't work if not sticky to mother board so anyway to quickly test it before assembling back a dozen times?

No! I don't try to test it after each and every re-seat. I just pull it out and push it back in several times just to physically abrade the contacts from the friction of pulling it in and out. Almost like sandpapering the contacts but using the ribbon connector end itself as the sandpaper. Jack E/NJ

the very right side black big cable seems to have sliding part under white part, where to "sand" it? (on the top of picture there is a black thin line on top of white connector) thanks

The wide cable is pushed under the gray slider wedge and held there with one hand. There should be a line stripe on the ribbon that, when lined up with the white stripe on the mainboard, indicates it's fully inserted. Then the slider wedge is pushed in at each end so it locks the ribbon in place while pressing it's contacts against the corresponding mainboard contacts. Jack E/NJ

Can you pull the slider out a bit to see if you can actually  see if the contacts are  on the mainboard or on the upper inside part of the white mainboard connector? Usually they're on the mainboard. What about the contacts on the cable itself? Do the gold colored metal contacts face up or face down toward the mainboard? Jack E/NJ
