Missing standard SSD? Predator G5-793

I bought my laptop, the Acer Predator G5-793, a few years ago, and i never understood the abilities of an ssd until recently, ive been searching all over for advice on them, and even have one on the way, however every forum i seem to find suggests that the standard g5-793 is supposed to come with a 256gb ssd installed, and i cant seem to find it at all? Is it possible i am wrong in my understanding that my computer should have come with an ssd? Or am i missing my standard ssd that was supposed to come with my computer? or perhaps can i simply not find it? I have already opened the case on the bottom of the laptop and found none in the standard slot, and i cant find them in my disk management. i just would like clarification as to whether i am simply going to have to buy a second ssd, or if Acer may have forgotten to put an ssd in my device before shipment, and if so, can i have one delivered as compensation?

There are differnt SKU's for differnt markets, does yours only have a 1TB HDD? Do you have the full sku, it looks like in this range there are some which dont have such as the G5-793-79SG. 

The SSD will make the system feel much snappier though enjoy!
